CHRIS LEADER, AIA | NCARB
Principal Architect
As founder and namesake of Leader Design Studio, Chris closely oversees each project from inception to construction completion. An award-winning designer known for his clean, elegant style, he appreciates a very interactive process. His thoughtful designs are innovative in form as well as function and hold a strong connection to our natural surroundings.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Roger Williams University, Cum Laude. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and NCARB certified. Chris holds licenses in Florida, New York and Massachusetts.
ROBERT JIMENEZ, AIA | NCARB
Project Architect
Robert is committed to designing high-performance, custom-tailored buildings that highlight the honesty of materials and beauty of thoughtful simplicity. Originally from Philadelphia, he was a member of several award-winning design firms in Pennsylvania and Vermont prior to relocating to Florida. Robert strives to create homes that foster his clients’ unique lifestyles and exemplify dedication to craftsmanship and the natural environment.
Robert holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Virginia Tech and is a licensed Architect in Florida and Vermont. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and is NCARB certified.
SARAH MAMROS, ASSOCIATE AIA
Intern Architect
Sarah takes great joy in supporting the design and development of each project’s personal character as it forms in response to the client’s individual taste and the site's environmental context. She recognizes the importance of examining and coordinating the finer details of each building to ensure its overall success. Her previous experience includes working on multi-family residential projects within an award-winning architecture firm in Northern Virginia.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Virginia Tech and is an Associate member of the American Institute of Architects.
