Located in the heart of Siesta Key on a private canal, this 1700 square foot home features a simple split floor plan. The original home was built in 1970 and featured a small, dark kitchen with dated finishes.
The renovation opened the entry space into the living, dining and kitchen areas. A gray concrete epoxy finish was used on the concrete floors to create a matte backdrop for sleek casework and colorful furnishings.
